No 10 Oceanview is a 4 bedroom holiday home with free wi-fi, located on elevated ground above Downings seaside resort in north Co Donegal. The holiday home is situated in a quiet cul de sac development that enjoys commanding views over Sheephaven Bay towards Ards forest Park and Muckish Mountain. From the front door, it is a short walk into the heart of Downings village and to its popular beach

The holiday home has a bright and spacious open-plan ground floor. The living area is comfortably furnished and has an open fireplace. The kitchen area has a full range of modern cooking appliances. There are 4 bedrooms to sleep 8 comfortably plus two of the bedrooms have cots. To the front of the holiday home is an enclosed private paved patio area with sea views. To the right side and back of the house is a second enclosed yard where
children can play in safety.

A Great Experience

Myself and my family are back after spending a week at 10 Oceanview in Downings, and we were all saying how lucky we were to have found 10 Oceanview. It’s in a perfect location, just a five-minute walk to Downings and the beach. The house itself was really lovely and had everything we needed! Paul and Fiona are lovely people and are so easy to deal with. They are very kind, super helpful, and very quick to respond to all of our communications. We really couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you so much, Paul and Fiona. We hope to be back again soon!

Weekend stay

Absolutely outstanding house. Paul the host was brilliant nothing was any trouble and great communication. The house was spotless and in an amazing location and our family enjoyed a fabulous weekend. everything was provided in the house that we needed for our weekend stay. Many thanks to Paul and Fiona for the wonderful stay we will be back again ☺️

Comfortable well-equipped house

Hi Paul,
We’ve just had a lovely week’s stay at 10 Oceanview Cottages, which met our needs perfectly – comfortable well-equipped house, beautiful views from the front out over the bay, & an easy short walk to the beach, the village and all its facilities. The leisure centre, with an excellent swimming pool, is a 5 minute walk from the house – great for a rainy day! This is a beautiful area of Donegal with no shortage of interesting sights and activities.
