2 Seaview Cottage is a spacious 4 bedroom detached holiday home on an elevated site just over 2km north of the popular beach and golf resort of Downings in North Donegal. The holiday home is centrally located on the stunning Rosguill Peninsula – the road around this peninsula is the renowned Atlantic Drive which is now part of Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.

Seaview Cottage is not currently available to Hen/Stag bookings, or any such group occasions. Please call before booking.

- Booking deposit (non-refundable) of euro100 per week, to be paid to confirm booking.
- Balance to be paid six weeks prior to the letting period.

- Damage Deposit: €200 damage deposit is required via bank transfer or Revolut, this will be returned to your bank account within 4 working days if the property is left clean and damage free, as upon your arrival.
- All guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours after their booking is confirmed, provided their stay is at least 60 days away.
- If a guest cancels after this cooling-off period, they can still receive 50% refund of the total amount paid if they cancel at least four weeks before check-in.
