The waters edge is a short walk away; more or less 200m. Dooey Beach: A broad 3km long strip of sand facing due west onto the Atlantic with waves that surfers will travel far and wide to ride. – So, if the weather and conditions are right, this would be perfect accommodation for a group of enthusiastic surfers.

We couldn’t rate this beautiful house highly enough. The house itself was finished to a very high standard, the furnishings & kitchen were fabulous. The location was amazing. A stone’s throw from Dooey beach. We had a wonderful stay & will definitely be back.

The house was very stylish and comfortable

It’s a beautiful house in an amazing location, just a short walk down to Dooey Beach. The house was very stylish and comfortable and very well equipped. The views of the beach and surrounding area are absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed our meal and live music at McCafferty’s pub and especially the beach sauna pod and swimming in the sea. A wonderful place to experience the Wild Atlantic Way!

Stunning views from multiple angles

We had a brilliant 4 days with a family of 5 comprising 3 generations. Stunning views from multiple angles and a 2 min walk down to the beach. House was very clean and tidy and very warm and cosy when the weather blew in! Danielle was a brilliant host, always responsive to any queries.

What a stunning house in a stunning location

What a stunning house in a stunning location. Amazing to be so close to the beach with incredible sunsets. Danielle was a great host – gas needed replacing while we were there and she had someone around immediately to put in a new canister.

Loved it, almost crying leaving. My son who is disabled and finds it have to handle change. Walks in, pick his bedroom and Felt and called it his Irish home. This is special for him. Please can I come back.
