Horizon House

Daniels place was amazing. We loved the home and the views are to die for. Everything was perfect, including Daniel. Daniel called down to check in on us and we had a great conversation. We could not have asked for more from this home or Daniel. We would highly recommend this home and if we are in the area we would love to stay ourselves again. We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful house. Spotless clean, extremely cozy and everything you need is at hand. The scenery from every window in the house was breathtaking, especially the living room. Daniel was away and both rang and texted to check in a few times. Sorry, we missed you when you called, as I said we were enjoying a meal in Teac Jacks. We will be back as soon as we can as we can not wait to enjoy that view from an outside picnic table.

Daniel was a great host – extremely helpful and made himself available for any queries we had – Communication was clear and quick. The house itself was lovely and the views were fantastic – we could have sat looking out at them the whole stay! The house itself was spacious, warm and very clean, everything we look for in a holiday let. The location was great – we love heading to local beaches for walks and it is well-placed for what we needed! Overall, great stay, will be visiting again! Thanks!

Just spent 4 days at Horizon House. Beautiful home in a wonderful setting. Views to die for helped by some fantastic weather. Some great sunsets. Highly recommended.

Such a special place to stay…. beautiful views, easy access to various historical sites, wonderful beaches and walks…as well as being a very well equipped house with lots of space, warmth and stunning views. Thank you Daniel 🙂

A wee slice of heaven. I am so happy to be able to show my children the best parts of their heritage. This house is idyllic. Daniel does everything to make you feel comfortable. We loved every minute.

A fabulous stay. This house is just gorgeous. Comfortable, spacious and warm! Considering we were staying in March – it was so cosy! The view from the living room is just stunning, and sitting inside with the turf fire burning while the winds whipped up the sea was just magical. Loads of amazing beaches and walks within a 10-15min drive – Port Arthur beach was a particular favourite. Lots of pubs and coffee shops within a short drive. Absolutely loved our stay! We will be back!

We have just returned from three nights at Horizon House, and enjoyed every minute. The views from the house are stunning. The house was clean, warm and comfortable and in a quiet area that was a great base for us to explore that part of Donegal. Daniel could not have been more friendly or accommodating. He talked us through the house facilities, recommended a local walking path and made himself available for any help we might need. Would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Donegal!
