Nestled into a wooded hillside the cottage enjoys stunning panoramic views over Lough Swilly towards the Inishowen Hills.

The holiday home is a 5-minute drive north of Rathmullan which has 2 fine sandy beaches. Amenities in Rathmullan include a shorefront children’s playground, putting green, tennis court, lively pubs, several cafes and restaurants as well as antique and bric-a-brac shops.

In recent years Rathmullan has become a popular watersports centre were sailing, kayaking and paddle boarding lessons are available during the holiday season. There are also two charter boats based at the local pier offering fishing and sightseeing trips on Lough Swilly.

The views from the house were stunning

We stayed here for 3 nights. The house was well presented and clean and everything we needed was available. The views from the house were stunning and its situated in a quiet cul de sac. Its a great location for exploring the Fanad peninsula and Portsalon and Rathmullan are closeby.

Superb house. Everything you need for a ‘home away from home’ holiday. Very comfortable and spacious. Lots of cupboard essentials and cleaning products. Ideal location for touring Fanad peninsula. View spectacular and very peaceful setting. Host very helpful with local tips and very easy to contact. Highly recommended.
