Murvagh beach is very popular for people learning to surf and kite surf, and you are only 15 mins drive to Rossnowlagh if you want larger waves. If you enjoy horse riding, trails along the beach and through the forest can be arranged.
Murvagh Beach Cottages are beside a Blue Flag Beach and Donegal Championship Golf Club. The nearest bar, restaurant, and shops are within 2km. Murvagh is situated between Donegal Town (8km) and Ballyshannon (6km) Both towns have a variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, and traditional music on offer.
