This cottage was perfect and every detail has been thought of and the views are amazing from it. Spotlessly clean and so bright and airy. Would highly recommend.

We loved how warm and welcoming the house felt. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house had plenty of space and the views were exceptional. The house was also decorated beautifully for Easter. A fantastic experience all round.

There is so much to love about this cottage. It is the quintessential Irish country home, thousands of houses like this raised a nation for the last century. The attention to detail the host has put into preparing the property is clear to see, so many nice touches. The Irish brand treats in the kitchen when you arrive, the pre-set log fire ready to light and the cosy blankets in the lounge. The property was impeccably clean throughout, I mean spotless, I have OCD when it comes to cleanliness and could not find a single thing to fault! We settled in the minute we walked through the door, it felt like home from home straight away. The view out the front of the property is amazing, we sipped a drink outside, watched the sheep graze and breathed the fresh air. The smart TV had plenty of channels and all the usual apps and the WiFi worked perfectly, plenty of bandwidth for 3 of us. We were attending a family wedding 10 minutes away but we also took a trip to Wild Ireland nearby, Malin head and Tropical World in Letterkenny, all worth a visit if you stay here. The kitchen had everything we needed including all the basics you do not want to have to buy just for a short break like salt, pepper, cooking oil, tea bags etc, this was a nice touch. We will stay here again if we are back up in this area in the future.

Excellent clean comfortable and safe location that is private but close to amenities. The house suited our needs exactly. The house was very comfortable, safe and clean and I was very impressed with both the house and the Hosts as we had some extra requirements on the day we were leaving and they were happy to help. Great house, Great location (10 mins from Derry City and 15 mins from Lisfannon beach)

Amazing spot. Felt like home. All the little details in the house were spot on. The hosts were very responsive. I loved our stay. Beautiful views. Perfect for families. We will be back one day hopefully.

We had a pleasant stay at Majella’s. The house is true to the descriptions, very large and very warm. It is well located with many activities nearby, among our favorites: Malin head, giant causeway, wild ireland. And the view from the cottage is beautiful! Note that there is no dishwasher but the kitchen is well equipped (Majella even offered us coffee capsules and other treats). The laundry dryer is very nice. I highly recommend this listing! Thanks to Majella for hosting us.

The house is cosy and comfortable. We just came back from the long weekend in Majellas place. The house is cosy and comfortable, very clean and have nearly everything what you need. The whole house is warm and has a very homely atmosphere. We would love to come back – thank you also for the treats
