Andy’s Cottage
Andys Cottage is a lovely secluded traditional cottage in an idyllic wooded setting near the banks of the Gweebarra River before its confluence with the Owenwee River at Doochary. Externally, the cottage has maintained its traditional appearance, but inside it has been extensively renovated with new material replacing the old, and is in many ways, probably a big improvement over what was there before, – with maximum use made of available space, and alterations sensitively applied, in keeping with the traditional style.

The lounge occupies the west side, and it has an open fireplace and a dining area. The kitchen and a small bedroom face the rear of the cottage, and there are two upstairs bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, the bathroom has new plumbing and sanitary ware, and the cottage has oil-fired central heating and is fully insulated
