The holiday home is situated along the route of the renowned Atlantic Drive – a truly spectacular coastal drive around the rugged Rosguill Peninsula. To drive or walk along this wonderful coast road is to feel life’s difficulties slipping away. The official start of the road is in Downings village. It winds its way north along the shores of Mulroy Bay towards Melmore Head – past the renowned Singing Pub and numerous unspoilt beaches and inlets. All along this part of the drive there are dramatic views of the Fanad Peninsula on the other side of the Bay – including some breathtaking views of the new Mulroy Bridge that links the Fanad and Rosguill Peninsulas.
