It is a modern 4-bedroom holiday home located on beautiful Kildoney Point – a small headland halfway between the surfing resort of Rossnowlagh and the historic town of Ballyshannon in South Donegal.

The holiday home is located in a small development of just 4 houses. There are 4 spacious bedrooms – 3 of which are ensuite. The ground floor has a living room with open fireplace. Double doors lead to an open plan kitchen, dining and living space which enjoys superb sea views. Glass patio doors lead out to a large enclosed fenced decking area. In fine weather the decking area can be used as a second dining area or for simply relaxing and enjoying the superb coastal views. It is also a safe enclosed play area for small children.

To the front of the house there is a large lawn. The water supply is from a natural spring and a water well on the lawn is a physical reminder of this (the well is currently not linked up).
