It is south-facing, on an elevation overlooking a pleasant rural landscape and looking westwards to Donegal Airport on the Carrickfinn Peninsula. The holiday home itself is a lovely, neat, dwelling with three bedrooms to sleep up to six. It has a living room, a bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen, and a sun porch. The cottage is well-insulated and has oil-fired central heating in addition to a solid-fuel stove.
