John was prompt in replying, gave very clear instructions and was available to assist if needed. The apartment is beautiful as is the location. Our stay was very good value the apartment is quiet and clean and Ramelton is a lovely base to be situated in. We had a wonderful view and were within walking distance to amenities. The underground car park is so useful. Tea, coffee, condiments and biscuits were lovely. Thank you kindly John !
